Brian S. Meyers, PE

Mr. Meyers is Vice President with LANDCORE Engineering Consultants, PC. He joined the firm in May 2007. As the Vice President and lead Sr. Project Manager, Brian is actively involved in the planning, design, and permitting of land development projects throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Brian has over fifteen (15) years of experience in the land development field and has successfully designed and permitted small, medium, and large scale commercial projects throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has provided expert testimony before numerous Planning Commissions, Boards of Supervisors, Boards of Commissioners, Zoning Hearing Boards, etc. throughout the region. Brian has also served as Engineer to several Planning Commissions, Board of Supervisors, and Municipal Authorities during his engineering career.
Prior to joining LANDCORE, Brian served as a Senior Design Engineer and Assistant Project Manager for Bohler Engineering in the corporate headquarters in Warren, NJ. During his time with Bohler Engineering, Mr. Meyers assisted in the design and management of multiple commercial developments throughout the New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania regions.
Before joining Bohler, Brian served as Municipal Engineer and Designer Engineer for F.X. Browne, Inc. in Marshalls Creek, PA. During this period of his career, he worked closely with municipal officials and boards to review land development and zoning applications, assess ordinance updates and ordinance interpretations, and assist in the design and review of several municipal wastewater management projects. He also assisted in the design and management of several small-scale commercial and residential land development projects in northeastern Pennsylvania.
Brian currently holds active professional licenses in: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York, and Maryland as a Professional Engineer. The corresponding license information is as follows:

Brian also maintains his CPESC certification. CPESC, which stands for Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control, is a certification gained through intensive examination and review of an individual’s expertise relative to Erosion and Sediment Control design and construction. As the land development sector is becoming increasingly regulated in this regard, Brian’s certification and knowledge of this subject matter are critical to LANDCORE’s projects and clients.
Brian is a native of northeast Pennsylvania where he completed his primary education in the North Pocono School District. He then attended Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering in 2001. Mr. Meyers has also participated in many continuing education seminars and classes since receiving his undergraduate degree.
