PROJECT SCOPE

LANDCORE provided full site design and permitting services for the redevelopment of this under-utilized industrial parking lot in Warminster Township PA.  The development included three pad buildings for restaurants, retail, and service uses which has revitalized this portion of Street Road and unlocked value for the property owners.
