Project Overview
Landcore provided preliminary site plan design and approvals for greenfield development for an 100% affordable 64 unit Senior Housing Building on 5.5 acres. We assisted Ingerman in securing municipal approvals to allow for NJ Fair Share Housing grant applications. This project is a 3 story facility with 64-units.
