Project Overview
Landcore provided site planning, design and permitting services to the developer of this prominent property located at Route 476 and West Chester Pike in Marple Township. Main tenants include Giant supermarket, LA Fitness and others. Large grade differentials, environmentally sensitive features, and screening of neighboring communities were a few of the challenges that needed to be overcome by our design.
