Project Overview
Our expertise in site planning, design, and permitting was used to create a 374,780-sf warehouse facility. The site presented unique challenges with Conrail railroad restraints on one side, and Marcus Hook Creek on the other. The relocation of a road added to the complexity, combined with shallow limiting zones and past contamination. Our advanced stormwater, E&S, and permitting skills ensured that the project met all regulatory requirements.
The project included challenging subsurface features, demolition, and discovering site contamination while building basins. Continuous hauling of hazardous waste also required skillful navigation and engineering talent to preserve the on-site environmentally sensitive features. Our team demonstrated their technical aptitude in navigating complex environmental regulations and preserving the integrity of the site.
