Project Overview
The project involves the redevelopment of a 5.5-acre existing industrial site. The construction of a new 66,000-sf warehouse, complete with 22 loading docks and 54 passenger parking spaces is being designed to meet the needs of the market and enhance the surrounding industrial park as a whole. Our team’s expertise in stormwater management, E&S design and environmental regulation allows us to balance regulatory requirements with known environmental permitting and clean up.
