Project Overview
Mixed Use redevelopment of historic industrial site to include 7 story Mixed Use building with 163 apartments with ground floor retail and two additional 3 story buildings with 22 apartments and associated retail space. A parking deck is proposed to provide some covered parking for residents. This project also includes the relocation/reconstruction of the Gettysburg Transit Center for Rabbit Transit.
