As a Senior Project Manager, and now the Engineering Department Manager, Alex is actively involved in the planning, design, and permitting of land development projects throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Additionally, Alex is guiding a team of our highly valued engineers to achieve their fullest potential as a group and as individuals while “holding the line” on our non-negotiable standards and policies.
With a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Delaware, Alex has over 15 years of experience in the land development field and has successfully designed and permitted commercial and residential projects of various sizes.
Prior to joining Landcore, Alex spent 12 years at another local firm as both a Project Engineer and Project Manager on both suburban and urban development. Alex’s diverse project experience and specialized design allow him to overcome unique land development challenges, as well as mentor others within Landcore. Throughout Alex’s engineering career, he has served as a Review Engineer with New Castle County’s Department of Land Use.
