Matt is the Founder and CEO of Landcore. He founded the firm in 2006 and currently serves as a visionary and “culture gatekeeper” to ensure steady and substantial growth without threatening the rich working environment and quality of service Landcore provides. His role provides Landcore with direct paths in which to operate and succeed, and he ensures each team member’s continual development.
With over 25 years of experience in the land development field and a degree in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College, Matt has successfully designed and permitted residential, institutional, power generation, and commercial projects of nearly every scale throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He combines this expertise and experience with a broad network of relationships with clients, tenants, industry professionals, and colleagues. These attributes, along with Matt’s strong “developer-mindset,” add significant value to Landcore’s clients and their projects.
Why did you create Landcore?
I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit and was fortunate to have diverse experiences and strong mentors throughout my career. I had a desire to blend my experiences in both small and large corporations to build a sustainable business in which employees and clients succeed. As Landcore has grown into a midsized firm, the two most rewarding aspects of the journey have been the strong relationships with our clients and enabling our employees to grow, evolve and succeed.
