Rolph presently serves as Landcore’s Senior Associate. In this role, Rolph ensures that the highest level of client experience is delivered consistently throughout the organization. He also leverages his deep industry experience through his strategic involvement in key projects. Rolph is an Expert Witness and has provided expert testimony before numerous Planning Commissions, Board of Supervisors, Board of Commissioners, and Zoning Hearing Boards.
Prior to joining Landcore, Rolph spent 14 years as a Principal and Founder of his own civil engineering firm, extensively involved in the daily management of the company’s operations while maintaining client and staff relationships. This experience came after 20 years of working as a Project Engineer and Project Manager within other regional firms.
