Our first quality control mechanism is our experienced staff. From our CAD technicians to our project managers, the staff working on your project will have significant experience in land development design and permitting.
Beyond our experienced staff, we have internal quality and value engineering review procedures in place which will occur at various phases of the project to ensure the accuracy and cost-effectiveness of our designs. Additionally, our plans are given final quality reviews prior to being issued for construction.

We currently utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D as the backbone of our design efforts, along with many customized programs developed by our staff to tailor the software to our specific needs. In addition to design software, we also utilize various tools to generate renderings and perspective drawings to enhance our projects as needed.

LANDCORE has taken a different approach from how traditional design firms operate. Our staff is primarily home-based throughout our service region while utilizing co-working locations for meetings and staff collaboration as needed. This has many benefits – from paperless operations, leveraging of technology, efficient and nimble workflow, overhead cost control, and greater staff satisfaction/retention. We also ensure that our managers and designers stay ahead of the curve on the latest sustainable site design trends and techniques, ensuring that our projects not only meet current regulatory requirements, but are also respectful of their surroundings and place in the local environment.
