About You
The ideal candidate would possess 3+ years of progressive experience in land development design and permitting and have a working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D in regard to conveyance and grading design as well as a fundamental knowledge of stormwater management and erosion control design. The candidate will possess a desire to expand their knowledge and proficiency in land development design through a mentoring relationship with Sr. Designers and Project Engineers. The candidate will have regular communication with members of the Landcore team members to provide clients with quality design documents and submission items.
About This Position
- Collaborative design for a wide variety of land development projects across various market sectors in the Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey region.
- Perform review of agency ordinances/regulations for applicability to a given project.
- Collaborative preparation of grading and stormwater management designs for a diverse range of land development projects primarily in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
- Collaborative preparation of stormwater management plans/reports as required for NPDES and E&S submissions.
- Assess agency review letters and establish corrective action plan for comments pertaining to stormwater management, grading, drainage, and/or erosion control.
