Project Overview
The Cube Smart project was the redevelopment of a prior single-story warehouse/storage building. This site was transformed into a new 3-story state of the art self-storage facility to serve the needs of the local community. This project revitalized an aging warehouse building and site with update landscaping, stormwater enhancements and parking improvements.
