Project Overview
This project was a partial redevelopment of a landmark retail destination in Northeast Philadelphia to restore its relevance to the community. The Great Northeast Plaza included site enhancements such as loading docks, parking reconfigurations and stormwater management to facilitate the main building renovations for new tenants such as Giant Supermarkets, Planet Fitness, David’s Bridal and others. It also included the development of two new pads tenants as well as increased green space and enhanced circulation.
