Project Overview
Sunnyside Road Associates, LLC is proposing the development of the property located at the northeast side of the intersection of Sunnyside Road and Alberigi Drive in the Borough of Jessup, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. The project proposes the construction of approximately 334,800 sf of much needed warehouse space in the area. The project overcame extensive permitting through the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Jessup Borough, Pennsylvania Game Commission, and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services for final construction on the property. The project also includes substantial stormwater management systems and enhanced riparian buffering and landscaping throughout the property.
