Project Overview
Landcore is assisting DR Horton in developing approximately 70 acres located in both Douglass Township Montgomery County and Colebrookdale Township Berks County. This development will bring 142 single family homes and 51 Townhomes to the area.
The resulting development will include a new roadway system, a mix of single family detached and single family attached dwelling types, along with approximately 35% of the overall property being dedicated as open space. The proposed open space will largely be passive with an 8 foot wide multifunction trail proposed throughout. The open space also protects a number of drainage, woodland, and steep slope features. We are providing subdivision and land development design and permit approval coordination services.
