Project Overview
The Morehall Shopping Center was a redevelopment of prior commercial space. This site transformed into a new 17,000 sf multi-tenant retail and restaurant destination, creating a more robust community. This project also included substantial landscape, stormwater enhancements and multi-use trail link through the property.
