Project Overview
The Reedel Road project for Malvern Anderson Road, LP. involves the development of approximately 19 acres in Upper Merion Township into 24 single-family homes. A private road will service the proposed homes with driveway and on-street parking. In addition to the private lots, there is approximately 10 acres of wooded open space being preserved as part of the development. Additional design features include improved stormwater management, significant landscaping, and a proposed trail network.
