Project Overview
The Sanatoga Road project for Providence Properties Inc. consisted of two (2) parcels along Sanatoga Road in Limerick Township containing 10 and 37 acres. The 10-acre parcel proposes 54 townhouse units, and the 37-acre parcel proposes 180 townhouse units. Environmental resources and open space were key design elements. The 37-acre parcel included a township road relocation to help improve circulation within the municipality. Landscaping and stormwater management improvements, along with an extensive trail network, were additional design features.
