Project Overview
Landcore provided site planning, design and permitting services for this mixed-use redevelopment project. This involved the demolition of an old service station as well as vacant retail facilities to create a neighborhood mixed-use development which is sure to spur the revitalization of this part of the community. The structure contains community-focused retail, restaurant and service uses on the first floor, and residential units on the second and third floors.
